International Dietetics & Nutrition Terminology (IDNT) Reference Manual: Standardized Language for the Nutrition Care Process Second Edition
This tool is designed to assist nutrition professionals to implement the Nutrition Care Process using the nutrition assessment, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition intervention, and nutrition monitoring and evaluation with standardized language to identify and label specific nutrition problems. It provides tools that every practitioner needs to apply the nutrition care process in their unique work setting.
All of the information from the 'green" Sept 2005 (Nutrition Diagnosis) edition, the "purple" Sept 2006 (Nutrition Diagnosis and Intervention) edition and the "blue" Sept 2007 IDNT first edition are included plus more! New features to the "cranberry" edition are a section on Nutrition Assessment standardized terminology.
