ADA members: You have been pre-registered to use the ADA Evidence Analysis Library. Please return to the Sign in page and use your ADA member ID as the username in order to have access to all of the content available on the EAL. No additional registration is necessary. To change your password or update your contact information, please select the "My Profile" tab after signing in on the EAL.

Non-ADA members: You will have limited access to part of the content of the EAL. If you are not yet a registered user on the ADA Evidence Analysis Library, please take a moment to fill in the form on the left-hand side of this page. Leave the "authorization code" field blank unless you have been sent an authorization code for a particular group.
